PAYMENT

We currently offer the following convenient methods for paying for your online purchases.

  1. Credit Cards via PayPal
    Opisina.com.ph has tied up with PayPal so you can pay for your items using your favorite credit cards such as Visa, AmEx and MasterCard. PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a payment for an online purchase. With PayPal, you can keep your credit card details private – an online merchant like us doesn’t have to know.   2. ATM Cards
    Aside from credit cards, you can also pay online using your ATM cards through the Weepay payment gateway. Weepay is an accredited partner of BANCNET and MEGALINK, two of the largest ATM network consortiums in the Philippines.

  3. G-Cash
    Our payment solution provided by Weepay also allows you to pay using Globe G-Cash credits.

  4. Cash Deposit
    Simply deposit the payment to our bank account and inform us of the following payment details:

    • Your name
    • Name of bank and branch
    • Amount of deposit
    • Date and time of deposit

    Send these details via SMS to our mobile phone number at 0917-530-2702 or send us a fax at (02) 640-4911, (02) 640-5613 or (02) 640-3596. You will receive our payment acknowledgement within two (2) hours. In case of delay, please resend the details or call our customer service number at (02) 576-4238.

RETURNS

  1. Upon delivery, please inspect all items. If you find any defects or damages, do not accept the items and kindly inform our delivery staff about it. We will be glad to replace the item without any additional charges. Expect the replacement within 2-3 days.
  2. In case defects are discovered after the delivery, kindly send us an e-mail at customerservice [at] opisina [dot] com [dot] ph or call us at (02) 576-4238 WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. Please give us the details of the item deficiency, your intent to return it, as well as your name, mobile and landline number. We also request that you keep your receipt and return the product to us in its original condition, including the product packaging.
  3. All replacements and subsequent pick-ups/deliveries shall be free of charge, except for the initial delivery of the item, which is non-refundable.
  4. Kindly return all items to:

  5. If the item in question is no longer available, we shall offer you the next best alternative/similar item at no additional cost, or issue a refund to your bank account in the amount you paid plus the shipping cost, provided that you keep your receipt and return the product to us in its original condition, including the product packaging.
