    Find everything you need using the Search function. Type in any brand or item and search the whole store within seconds. You can also make use of the Quick Product Browse on the left side of the page and look at the items that we have organized per category.
  4. How do I order/shop for items?

    You are allowed to list an unlimited number of items in your cart.
  6. Can I change the items in my cart?
    Yes, you can change the items in your cart. You can add or remove items then opt to go return to shopping instead of proceeding to Checkout.

    Weepay is an accredited partner of BANCNET and MEGALINK, two of the largest ATM network consortiums in the Philippines. This is the service that we use to enable you to pay using your ATM card or G-Cash.

    No, we do not store your credit card information. We are using trusted and verified third-party services like PayPal and Weepay to handle all transactions.

    No, signing up for an account is not required. You can continue shopping as Guest if desired.

    Your account in can be accessed at any computer with an internet connection. For security reasons, please make sure that you do not store your password if you are working at a public terminal.

  1. How will I know if my order has been processed?
    After paying for your items, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. This means that your items have been processed for delivery to your specified delivery address. Please note that to cover the costs of order processing, the minimum order amount per transaction is PHP500.00.
  2. Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order by sending us an e-mail at customerservice [at] opisina [dot] com [dot] ph. Please wait for our confirmation. Orders may be cancelled as long as the items are not yet marked for shipping. Any refunds will be credited to your bank account, and shall be discussed with you by our customer representative.
  3. Where do you deliver? offers fast delivery to all locations within Metro Manila only.
  4. How much is the delivery charge?
    We offer FREE DELIVERY for purchases amounting to PHP2,500.00 or more. For purchases less than that amount, we charge a minimal delivery fee of PHP50.00
  5. When can I expect my items to be delivered?
    Our normal delivery lead time is within three (3) working days after the order has been processed. Orders placed before 5 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability, will be processed on the same day.   6. Can I have the items delivered to multiple addresses?
    You are only allowed one (1) delivery address per transaction. If you need to have some of the items delivered to another address, remove them from your current shopping cart, then proceed to Checkout. You will need to re-shop for these items and start a new transaction for a new delivery location.
  7. Can I return my items?
    Upon delivery, please inspect all items. If you find any defect or damage, do not accept the items and kindly inform our delivery staff about it. We will be glad to replace the item without any additional charges. MORE ON RETURNS »
